Engagement Manager

Next Level Broadband is seeking a dynamic Engagement Manager to drive sales efforts for

broadband and affiliated services within multi-dwelling units (MDUs). This role involves

cultivating relationships with property managers, coordinating and attending events, and

providing support via a multi-faceted, customer-centric approach.


Duties

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with property managers and key stakeholders in MDUs.
  • Schedule and attend events, presentations, and meetings to promote broadband services. Scheduling may vary, including weekends.
  • Execute door-to-door flyering campaigns to effectively promote products and services, engaging directly with residents to drive interest and generate leads.
  • Travel extensively (75%+ of the time) to achieve sales goals and build client relationships.
  • Actively pursue new business opportunities through networking, events, and direct outreach.


Experience

  • Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in the broadband or MDU sector.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational abilities with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to travel frequently and work independently.


Benefits

  • Competitive salary and performance-based incentives (commission per sale).
  • 3 weeks (fifteen days) paid time off (vacation/sick/personal).

Inside Sales Representative

Next Level Broadband is seeking a motivated Inside Sales Representative to drive growth by

engaging potential clients and selling broadband and affiliated services within the

multi-dwelling unit (MDU) space. This role involves handling inbound leads, conducting

outbound outreach, and managing the entire sales process from initial contact to close.


Responsibilities:

  • Manage and qualify inbound leads, providing information and solutions tailored to  client needs.
  • Conduct outbound sales calls, texts, and emails to generate new business and build a robust sales pipeline.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication and follow-up.
  • Provide technical sales support to customers by explaining product features and benefits.
  • Present and demonstrate broadband services effectively to potential clients.
  • Maintain detailed records of interactions and sales activities in CRM systems.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies and achieve sales targets.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales cycle.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets by actively promoting our software products and services.


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in inside sales or a similar role, preferably within the telecommunications or broadband industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and Google Suite.
  • Strong business development skills with the ability to drive sales initiatives effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric approach.
